Introduction
This policy explains how the ORENUS platform (provided by Tazamun) collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our website or mobile app.
Account Creation & User Data
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, and ID number when needed, for the purpose of managing and verifying your account.
Facility & Employee Data
When you add a facility or employees, we collect facility data (name, type, commercial registration number) and employee data (role, files such as work contracts and salary) to provide facility-management services.
Chats & Support Tickets
The content of chats and support tickets you submit within the system is stored for the purpose of providing support and following up on requests.
Notifications & Firebase
We use Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging service to send instant notifications to the mobile app (such as a request status update or a new message). This requires a technical device identifier (device token) that does not by itself identify you personally.
Files & Attachments
Files you upload (facility logo, work contracts, other documents) are stored securely and used only for the purpose they were uploaded for.
Device Data
We may collect basic technical data about your device (device type, operating system) to improve app compatibility and diagnose issues.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, or request its deletion within regulatory limits. See the Account Deletion section below for details.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app: open the profile menu, go to the profile-editing section, choose delete account, and confirm the request. Your personal data is permanently deleted as soon as the request is confirmed.
